J. M. S. Universal Badges is a reputed concern engaged in the manufacturing and exporting of a wide range of badges. We are also addressing the demands of our clients pertaining to promotional, decorative and home furnishing. Our wide range also encompasses wall hangings, jute wall-hangings, cushion covers, bed covers, decorative items, silk fabrics, embroidered key rings, fabric wall hangings, fashion accessories and home furnishing products.
In the year 1930, Mr. J.M. Shafiur Rahman was involved as a trader of silk sarees and fabrics that were sold in the Singapore market. In 1939, he started manufacturing hand embroidered military badges and church embroideries in association with Mr. J.M. Lawrie. In 1940, both of them registered the company and started exporting quality hand embroidered badges, church vestments and motifs to various countries that can incorporate brand logos and insignia. Today, the company has taken shape of a cottage industry and is being operated under the mentorship of Mr. Heshamuddin Ansari. His guidance and support has helped us in expanding our base to both the Indian & international markets, especially in U.K., and U.S.A. Our badges and allied products are widely used in military, navy, air force, clubs and schools. With our specialization in embroidery for Army dresses, Head peak, Star, Crown of all ranks in different sizes, we have been able to cater to the prestigious Regiments of British Ministry of Defense (MOD).
